Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Hem & Homes we try our best to keep you comfortable, not just by our brilliant products, but also through our return policies.

In case you are not happy with your purchase most of our products can be returned or exchanged within the 90 days after delivery. And yes, even if they were purchased during a promotion or sale we will still take them back in exchange for store credit or other products.

Hem & Homes returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit

Due to the nature of our products they must be returned unused.
